3 decades of rich experience in leadership roles with both Wireless and Wire line Telecommunication Service Providers. Well recognized technology leader with entrepreneurial attitude for driving innovation and ushering in new technologies across domains. Widely exposed to new age Customer Experience Management solutions and application of Analytics in Telecommunication Industry.
Before founding Pinnacle, Shankar was Group Chief – Network Operations for India & South Asia in Bharti Airtel, worlds 3rd largest mobile operator. For last 2 decades Shankar has led many tier 1 Indian Telcos as Chief Technology Officer and spearheaded large scale technology transformation. Shankar as part of top leadership team has worked very closely with Marketing , Product development and Service delivery chiefs to build market driven technology strategy and robust economic model .
Shankar has been involved with many Industry bodies like GSMA, ITU and served as GSM India Chairman, Technical Committee of Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) for several years. He has been distinguished speaker on many national and international technology forums on Wireless Broad Band, Next Generation IP Network, M2M, IoT evolution and Fibre to Home as Home Broad Band technology.
RAJAN SWAROOP
Rajan has over 35 Years of work experience spanning across IT, Healthcare and Telecom Sectors. He held positons of CEO & MD in various companies including those in Escorts Ltd and Bharti Airtel. His last two positions were MD & CEO Airtel Nigeria and MD & CEO Bharti Realty.
He has wide experience in financial and strategic planning; developing and growing new product ideas and new businesses. He led successfully product/marketing programs and customer service transformations.
Currently engaged in mentoring and consulting activities. Areas of activity include telecom services, new technology applications and Banking sectors.
Rajan is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and holds Engineering Degree from Indian Institute of Technology ,Delhi.
DEBASHIS KHANRAH
Debashis has over 19 years of core product development in telecom domain. He brings in a unique and rich experience of IT and Telecom domain knowledge. He has successfully led large teams in developing products and solutions using core Telecom technologies, SS7/IP protocol stacks and protocol interfaces for Mobile and Fixed Broadband Networks.
A passionate coder, Debashis has been instrumental is developing the Network probe to capture traffic from all the 3G,4G, IMS and 5G interfaces. He has a strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills. Debashis has been with Pinnacle since inception and successfully led the development activities..
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Debashis associated with Tech Mahindra, ACL Wireless, NPI, Cellnext and TCIL BellSouth.
AKHIL TANDON
Akhil has more than 15 years of experience in Telecom, working with both leading tier 1 telecom operators and leading providers of Network and customer intelligence solutions. He has a sharp acumen of creating niche Products and presales with customer centric attitude.
A seasoned professional with strong Business and Technical analytical skills, he had led the development and management of our customer and network analytics solution by adopting market driven and futuristic vision. Akhil has been working with pinnacle for over 4 years
Akhil has previously worked with tier one organizations likes Astellia and Vodafone

Shankar has done his Masters in Computer Applications from Vellore Institute of Technology. He has more than 10 years of rich experience in software development in different domains . Prior to Pinnacle , He has worked with reputed software companies in building many cutting edge products like Content Management Solution, Subscriber Delivery Platform and other BSS products for Telecommunication Service Providers.
He has been associated with Pinnacle for more than 3 years and contributed immensely in building Analytics suites through his in depth knowledge and penetrating ideas.
